Welcome to Conventions, Meetups & Cosplay Assistant Scheme
If you are reading this, then it's safe to say that you wish to help run Conventions, Meetups, and Cosplay. In that case, I'd like to say thank you for volunteering your time to help us.
What are the duties?
Well there is different "classes" of duties. Pick one or more that you wish to help out on.
In additions to your duties, you must post actively in CMC.
Who do I report to and when?
angelic every 2 weeks you PM with the following;
CMC Assistant Class: [Which class you are]
Duties: [What you have done and achieved]
Ideas: [Ideas for CMC]
Hours done: [How many approx you have done each week]

Advertisers
Originally advertisers were designed to advertise meetups within the forums. However, I've decided to put a different spin on this job. Instead of advertising meetups/conventions within RR, you'll advertise RR at conventions/meetups. Now, I understand that just advertising isn't quite a steady job, so I offer you two choices. The first is to take a second job with this one, which may sound like a little more work, but it really isn't. The other is to keep coming up with ideas, graphics, etc. that will help us promote RR. Anything from witty slogans, to drawn out speeches, to nice postcard size graphics or full sheet posters will be fine. As long as it can be used to promote RR. When you send in your report to angelic every two weeks make sure to include any ideas you may have on advertising. As well, when you post your application list all conventions/meetups you plan on attending.
For this class, you need to be someone who goes to a lot of conventions, or is active or in contact with other conventions, so advertising can be effective.
Organizers
People who setup mini meets whether they are in conventions to do with anime or video games. They are the ones we expect hard work from as organizing a meet isn't all that easy. These people are needed a lot as we need that sort of activity happening more often on CMC. When you send your report to Jinx report stating what you future plans are and dates when you will start the thread if not already started.
Cosplayers
As a forum on RR who runs on conventions we also run on cosplay too! Cosplayers are a need and must to help run and buzz the forum more and more. Assistants who choose this class shall be asked to do simple duties as to run cosplay events both on forums and at conventions. You can sort out a large Reparo Rapido cosplay photoshoot at somewhre like AWA in USA or Animania in Australia. Or maybe get other cosplays to just meet somewhere for a cosplay shoot and then post the photos on the forum and in our Album. OR (another or! Wow!) Simply setup a few cosplay related threads and events here on the forum. Also, we'd love to see you help other members with their cosplays. Whether they need general advice on who to cosplay, or need help with a specific piece. The more you help, the more fun the both of you will have. Who knows, you might just be helping the next big cosplaying star! When you send in your reports to jinx, remember to include who you've helped, and/or some pictures from your recent cosplay adventures.

A sponsor is the individual or group that provides the support to Reparo Rapido & Conventions/Meetups! With getting the word out to help out! (Advertising)
What is a Sponsor Duties?
Help and support Convention/Meetups as well as Reparo Rapido. Wtih creating activity on your Sub forum as well here in CMC! If planning going to a Convention you get AL out to the world at Conventions! Be friendly~ Show the love by helping the forum and CMC~
