Concept papers... Ugh

Ok heres the deal... for game design class I'm supposed to write 2 'High concept' papers to promote 2 game ideas.

Doing such a thing out lined as followed:

1. the paper has to be 2-4 pages long.
2. A 'hook' thats 2 sentences long.
3. what the audience is, in term of gamers or age.
4. the games genre
5. the unique selling points
6. the target playable platforms
7. the overall storyline or features

and as an addition I have to include a lil Game play description as well as any special technologies, within the topics.

my brain is not at a game design moment... if you'd like to help i'll explain more.
